Who is responsible for your information?
BE Design & Technical Ltd operates yourmortgageadvisor.co.uk and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our address is Treffgarne, Main Road, Church Village, CF38 1RL.

Your enquiry
When you request a callback, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the answers you select, any optional notes and any calculator figures shown in your enquiry summary. We also record the page you enquired from, the submission time and your agreement to sharing the enquiry.
We use these details to receive and administer your enquiry and pass it to our selected advice partner, MGI Direct Ltd, so they can contact you about your mortgage or equity-release enquiry and related follow-up. Your details are not collected for future marketing.
We rely on your consent for this use and sharing. The form asks you to agree before submitting. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. If you withdraw before your enquiry is passed on, we will not pass it on. If it has already been shared, we will notify MGI Direct Ltd of your withdrawal.
Who receives your information?
Enquiries are emailed to BE Design & Technical Ltd for handling and onward referral to MGI Direct Ltd. They are not distributed to multiple advice firms. Our hosting and email services are used to deliver and handle your enquiry.
MGI Direct Ltd is responsible for how it handles your information after receiving it, including any advice or application process. Ask MGI Direct Ltd for its own privacy information and retention periods when it contacts you. Our 90-day enquiry retention period does not describe the records it may need to keep.
How long we keep enquiries
BE Design & Technical Ltd keeps enquiry details for referral, follow-up and administration, and for 90 days after passing the enquiry to MGI Direct Ltd, then deletes its enquiry copies, including email copies. This website does not create a separate enquiry database.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, or ask for a portable copy where the right applies. You can withdraw consent to enquiry processing and sharing, and change your analytics choice at any time. Contact us using the email address above; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. Rejecting it does not stop you using the calculators or sending an enquiry. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage for 180 days so we can remember and apply it.
If you accept, Google Analytics receives information about website use, such as pages visited, browser and device information and enquiry progress events. We do not include your enquiry answers or contact details in the enquiry events we send to Analytics. Analytics cookies beginning with _ga distinguish browsers and visits; we configure their lifetime to 180 days, which may renew with use.
Use the button below to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops it being used by this site and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. This does not erase data already received by Google.
Google may process analytics information outside the UK. Its handling of information is explained in Google’s privacy policy and its information about sites using Google services.
Other website requests
Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare’s CDN. Like other website requests, these send connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to those services. These requests are separate from Google Analytics.
Our web hosting handles connection information needed to serve the website. The enquiry form does not ask you to upload documents, and the calculator does not make a lending decision. Please do not include account numbers, identity documents or medical information in the optional notes.
